HMDA — I have paid 1100 rs for Land use certificate but showing unpaid

Hi, Team, for Land use certificate, I have paid INR 1100 through HMDA site payU gateway on 19/07/2020, the transaction id:[protected]

but currently showing on the application like Initial Fee : Un Paid.

unpaid for File number : HMDA/TEMP/7186/20.

Please let me know how to get the money bck.
