I (G. Rajasekhar) subscriber of airtle dth - with id [protected] subscribed for annuity pack in july 2018 which is valid till july 2019.in this pack i was provided access to all sd and hd channels. Before feb 1st i started getting numerous messages that as per trai regulation i need to change my plan and on feb 1st i got a message that if i do not change my plan airtel dth will automatically change my pack.

I was forced to change my pack and this is resulting in loss of 6 months package. Previously i was viewing all sd and hd channels i. E over 300 channels now airtel dth reduced my channels to 158.

This is nothing but cheating the customer in the name of trai. Normally i should have been asked to change the pack after july 2019. But airtel dth took advantage of trai regulation and cheated the customers.
Sir kindly look into the matter and take action against airtel dth for misleading the customers in the name of trai and looting the customers and my request to you is please ensure airtel dth to restore my annuity plan
