I paid the entire amount because the outer box listed both products i ordered (Cash on delivery). But the package inside didn't contain both my palletes.
They do not respond to the calls, or emails.
And when i post comments on their instagram posts, they delete it.
I have been trying to get my money back since months but they do not respond anywhere.
Kindly help me.
