Hok Makeup — payment done but order did not placed

I had done a payment on 2nd oct on their site through razorpay but somehow order did not placed. Since then, no replied to mail, call, whatsapp, insta comments and dm.
I have been mailing them since 2nd of oct, and till date ihaven’t recieved a reply from them.
I had even mentioned my razor pay id and the mode of payment. And i have forwarded the payment confirmation email from razor pay (Their payemt gateway) to them but still no reply.
