Holiday Square — Non fulfillment of the promised services

I was called by Mr. Rohan Raastogi ([protected]) from Holiday Squares on 27.02.17 and offered holiday package for payment of Rs.11688/- for 4 N and 5 Days package anywhere in India, which can be availed till 1 year from payment. He also informed that in addition, I will get a Dell Inspiron 15r 5537 i7 Laptop as a special gift if booked on the same day. I checked the website and found the number to be correct. I paid Rs. 11688/- through net banking Merchant Order ID:[protected] for Holiday Square. Merchant name on the pay-u-money receipt is Mr. Sandeep Singh. After 3 days, one lady called me and said that again I am offered some other items at discount. I told that I am a retired person and can not afford the items offered and requested to send the Laptop & Holiday Square documents for hotel booking. The lady agreed to sent them. However since then, the mobile number is coming always busy. Customer care number [protected] remains unattended. If somebody lifts up the phone he says Mr. Rohan will call back. Last week I received an envelope containing some xeroxed blank hotel booking forms, without any vouchers or authorisation for hotel booking. It is now more than a month, no response is there. Many reminder mails were sent since 1 st of March 2017 but they are all unreplied. Telephone is not answered. It seems that the Company is cheating innocent persons. Request the forum to help me and other similar cases against Holiday Squares by taking up the matter with company. I need my money back to be returned. The soft copies of email correspondence on 27.02.17 and further till 30.03.17 & money receipt are enclosed herewith.
