Holiday Squares — Combo offer holidays -2 and not responding now refund back

I am Ms. Rashmi Devlekar who is cheated by holiday squres on 3rd February 2017. They asked me to avail combo offer so that you will receive one dell laptop and a sony tab.
As I am calling them the sales people are not picking up my call. Customer care are pulling my days till now to sort my complain. I paid 9978/-

I want my refund back. please help me .
