We have been trying to book a stay with Crowne Plaza via Holtr House of Loyalty and Travels Relationship.
They have been non-responsive and elusive while replaying. We have been trying to call them and they are not picking our call. We started the process of booking on 23rd Februray, 2026. and Till this date there is no confirmation.
While purchasing the membership, we have requested to add our GST number, which they have not updated in their billing systems. We were promised extra vouchers from them which they never provided. Was this information helpful? |
