I took membership for Umrao but Iam not able to use any coupon .
They have stopped picking up my calls...

I paid Rs. 12500 towards membership of Hotel Umrao, Delhi on 11/09/2023. I was promised that kit shall be delivered soon. Now the person concerned Mr. Rahul & Mr. Shivank Gupta has stopped picking the phone. Be aware, it's a fraud company. Advise not to do any business with this company. as cheating is their profession....

I am Retd Col and I was approached by their marketing executive on phone to take the loyalty programs since I travel a lot I did so by paying them on line an amount of 12500 INR on 23 June 2023 and till now awaiting the kit One Mr Jolly Jasthol is the manager and has been promising that the kit will be available in next 4 days every time last he promised was on 17 Aug there after he has refused to pick the phone

I was repeatedly getting calls from Holtr regarding membership of pride plaza a five star hotel in aerocity
upon purchasing the membership . now its time to use my benefits
but these fraudsters are not even answering now nor replying
worst customer experience by mr Rahul, Dharmendra and mr jolly
seriously very unprofessional...

I have purchase a plan with them. And i paid 9000rs from my credit card. He told me that your kit will come to your house but he hasn't yet, it's been more than 5 months. No response from his side......
