Paid online 299/- for an item purchased from Homafy.com on 8th march 2025 but haven't received my item till today. Complaining to them from few days they are not replying to my questions and they too Don't have any customer care or complaint numbers. The Status of DTDC couriers is showing that they have returned the item to Rohini Delhi from my city without delivering or calling me . After asking to return my money they are straightly denieying for that too. they have cheated me kindly provide a resolution n also a penalty on them Was this information helpful? |
