I have ordered clutch on homafy.com on 8th march 2025 and do payment online.product must be delivered on 18th march but not delivered yet.they didn’t response on emails or calls not even on Instagram

Paid online 299/- for an item purchased from Homafy.com on 8th march 2025 but haven't received my item till today. Complaining to them from few days they are not replying to my questions and they too Don't have any customer care or complaint numbers. The Status of DTDC couriers is showing that they have returned the item to Rohini Delhi from my city without delivering or calling me . After asking to return my money they are straightly denieying...

I ordered a product on homafy.com on 07th oct 2021. It was expected to be delivered on 18th oct. However, it didn't get delivered on time. After complaining to customer care they told it's in transit and will be delivered. it's been more than a week but they are not delivering the product. They don't respond to my calls as well. They are denying for refund as well.
