Home based job — they took money but now they are not even providing job not even refunding the amount

I got a message from quickr that i am eligible for home based data entry job where i can earn 1000 per day. Each page will be paid. Rs 100 per page. They provided the above number. I had called to the same number and the person was like send me your information on whatsapp. I provided all my information and he asked me to pay 1000 as security amount. He provided all his bank details and paytm number. I paid the security amount through paytm just because he said you can start working within 10 minutes. But he did not provide any projects. I had called him so many times but then he blocked my number and dont even reply for my message. I want him to refund my money back.
