I have ordered 1 lewis double open bookcase, 2 lewis single open bookcase and 2 gabby ottomans through homecentre.in on 15 jun 2018 - 01:11 am as they have sent out an email and text message that they are providing upto 60% off till june 17 2018. (Order no. [protected])
I have chosen the above mentioned products and paid 2, 380/- through net banking. Since i have ordered for the book shelf i disposed the old one which i have at home today morning. Later by 2:09pm today i got an email that my orders got cancelled and the refund will be processed with in 7 days which is unacceptable. The orders got confirmed earlier that is the reason why i have disposed the old shelf and other small furniture at home.
Trusting a branded store and ordered online and they confirmed the products will deliver in the scheduled date and now they came back saying its cancelled and they have some technical glitch which a consumer cannot be responsible of.
I want homecentre to should provide an explanation and deliver the products as scheduled. This can never be acceptable at any cause.
