Bad service and not refunding

I have worst experience in dealing with online service
I received broken product,
Support called us and we said yes for replacement, after 20 min we realized date is too long for us (we are not here to receiv product for year or so)and hence called back for cancelation.
Person agreed and said we will call you back..
Since then I have been calling support for 100 times for confirmation but frustrating that they are only transferring me to different team.
Replacement was late for us.

Incorrect product delivered and no response
What a useless company this Home Center is??? I bought a Helios Clary Nxt 3 STR Brown sofa online and got a blue colour one!!! Immediately raised a complaint (83903) and its been 10 days and no news at all from Home Center and what’s worse is they have closed the complaint without any solution. There call center is useless as well as had to wait for 30 mts to and two different people to explain the same thing and both just left the call putting me on hold… Home Center, which is part of @Landmark Online India Private Limited treats customers like ———-

Sofa damaged irresponsible answer for 4 months
We have brought a sofa in homecenter throw amazon. it got damaged on feb 2021 and my sofa was in warranty. when i filed a complaint in homecenter, there is no response from them.
home center is redirecting to amazon.
amazon is redirecting to homecenter. amazon is seller. dealer is cloudtail. manufacture is homecenter.
kindly do the needful and take a law action for cheating people with the brand name

Sofa damaged irresponsible answer for 3 months

I have brought sofa in home center Amazon. It got damaged in Feb . I have keep on raising complaint for service from Feb by sending email and making call to call center. Till date no response.
Today I have a call saying my warranty is expired. I brought in sep 2020 for 3 months I am trying to communicate for service but today I received a call.

False Promise
We had given our kitchen interior work to Home Center Phonix Mall branch. At the time of accepting the project they had shown us premium quality Afla brand accessories for the kitchen and entire kitchen to be completed with in 3months.
But eveything was a mess instead of full white they have sent half white and instead of premium Afla brand they have installed local accessories and it’s been 1 year now and the project is still not completed as per it was promised.
Each time we get it correct they are asking for additional cost.

Damaged product received and no return or replacement

I ordered a Ceramic soap dispenser from HOME CENTER app. And the product was totally damaged when i opened it. So i tried to return it from app but there is no option to return. Such a huge company but mot able to deliver a intact product amd above all to refund/ replacement or return of the damaged product. Resolve this issue as soon as you can.

Dining table set..
I bought a dining set.. Table plus 2 chair and a bench. Few days before lock down but they delivered a broken chair whose frame was broken from inside.. Well I didn't know. I had been under the impresion that it is not assembled right but after lockdown lifted I am after them but they are not responding only buying time. Every time I email.. Have no proper response on call... Shared picture too.. THIS PRODUCT CARRIES ONE YEAR WARRENTY

sofa purchased with low quality material

8 months back i purchased a sofa from home center kochi with a warranty of 1 year. Once we start using the sofa we got to know that the material used is not up to the quality and the cushion used is not upto the grade which lead to comfort issue and the out of shape. We tried reaching out to the respective customer care and a technician visited and later the complaint got rejected saying material used in the sofa has no warranty.
Kindly advise how to proceed with consumer complaint?

unethical behaviour and duping customers and running monopoly
My order [protected]. It has 2 qts of dinner sets. When i got shipping update i found only 1 qty is dispatched. I tried reaching the customer care by call many times to no avail. I started chat nd shared the concern, the lady witjoug sven informing or asking cancelled my product. And when i was aaking the questions she disconnected the chat. Sent a mail sharing my disbelief at everything, got the same response that they have cancelled my order as per my request. When i calle the caller refused to give me my complaint number, refused to forward the call, refused to find ways to help with order and insisted fr refund only.
He harrasses me by making me wait fr an hour or so on hold. I want to raise this concern that home centre us duping consumer of its basic right to raise complaints. If i cant raise complaints and ask why they hv cancelled without permission. Then what is the point of service centres. Completely violating our rughts as a consumer. Worst experience ever, wouldnot recommend friends to buy frm here. Fellow consumers beware of their monopoly with customer service.

I apologies as i have discarded the payment bill received from the outlet however i have attached my credit card payment transaction details.
1. Problem - door curtain size is smaller than 110x225 seems its windows curtain
2. Product name - ss19- s2 door curtain
3. Purchased date - may 1st, 2019 (Ist evening)
4. Outlet name - home centre, forum shantiniketan mall, bangalore
5. Purchased payment mode - credit card payment
6. Purchased amount total - 12389.02 inr
7. Credit card name - jiban kumar paitandi
8. Credit card number - xxxxxxxxxxx5022

From home center app.. 4th August I placed oder a planter pot online. 19th August they cancelled my order suddenly then said they will refund that money within 5_6 days. But still have not received my refund money.

I have ordered 1 lewis double open bookcase, 2 lewis single open bookcase and 2 gabby ottomans through homecentre.in on 15 jun 2018 - 01:11 am as they have sent out an email and text message that they are providing upto 60% off till june 17 2018. (Order no. [protected])
I have chosen the above mentioned products and paid 2, 380/- through net banking. Since i have ordered for the book shelf i disposed the old one which i have at home today morning. Later by 2:09pm today i got an email that my orders got cancelled and the refund will be processed with in 7 days which is unacceptable. The orders got confirmed earlier that is the reason why i have disposed the old shelf and other small furniture at home.
Trusting a branded store and ordered online and they confirmed the products will deliver in the scheduled date and now they came back saying its cancelled and they have some technical glitch which a consumer cannot be responsible of.
I want homecentre to should provide an explanation and deliver the products as scheduled. This can never be acceptable at any cause.

I have purchased ERIN 1+4 DNG SET-BRN form Life Style International P Ltd, Home center, Broofield Plaza, Shop- no: C1-C-2 No 67-71 Krishnasamy Road, Ramnagar, Coimbatore 641001 under Invoice no.[protected]/ 02.06.2016.The product was delivered on 10.6.2016 and I was told that assembly would done on 11.6.2016.On my repeated calls to the supplier, they have not arranged any carpenter for assembling the product till now.
Kindly arrange to resolve my Complaint at the earliest

We bought a sofa from home center which got torn from several places within 6 months, when we bought they promised to change the material on customer s expenses for which we agreed . Now home center is saying they cannot provide the same material and telling us to put different color on one arm while rest all other arms will remain other color. its a n expensive sofa and we are very dishearten.

Hi. I m nithesh kumar [protected]. Purchased a furniture set of 1.29L on 15th feb which was supposed deliver on 20th feb. But till date they have not delivered . When we call everybody in store give wrong information and act rude to customer. My problem is not resolved. Kindly arrange me to snd the furniture by eod. Mangalore home centre staff s will give wrong info and acted rude.
