Home Center — unethical behaviour and duping customers and running monopoly

My order [protected]. It has 2 qts of dinner sets. When i got shipping update i found only 1 qty is dispatched. I tried reaching the customer care by call many times to no avail. I started chat nd shared the concern, the lady witjoug sven informing or asking cancelled my product. And when i was aaking the questions she disconnected the chat. Sent a mail sharing my disbelief at everything, got the same response that they have cancelled my order as per my request. When i calle the caller refused to give me my complaint number, refused to forward the call, refused to find ways to help with order and insisted fr refund only.
He harrasses me by making me wait fr an hour or so on hold. I want to raise this concern that home centre us duping consumer of its basic right to raise complaints. If i cant raise complaints and ask why they hv cancelled without permission. Then what is the point of service centres. Completely violating our rughts as a consumer. Worst experience ever, wouldnot recommend friends to buy frm here. Fellow consumers beware of their monopoly with customer service.
