I purchased a Sofa Set SPECTRA IN BEIGE COLOR (3+2+2) on 1st August 2021 by paying full amount with Invoice Number [protected] from Home Centre Gurgaon branch and I was given assurity by your Staff that the Full Sofa Set will be delivered on 13th August 2021.
Unfortunately on 13th August 2021, after calling the Toll Free Home Center Number multiple times regarding the update the Customer Representative said the sofa set has been replaced as there was a problem in the shipment. It was really a bit surprising for us as we had planned a Function on 15th Aug 2021 at our house and there was no intimation of this delay until we ourselves made the call. On the other hand Home Centre didn't have any date in their system to when it will be delivered and requested us to wait for another 5-10 days.
We also visited the Home Centre Gurgaon store personally on 18th August 2021 and we didn't receive any support or help regarding this matter and they said to again wait another day or two. Further I Received a call from the Home Center Complaint Team saying that your Full order will be delivered on 1st Sept 2021. (Attached Voice Call)
Received another call from Customer Representative - Afreen Home Centre Team the next day i.e 19th August 2021 and said we can provide Credit Note or Refund to you only for 3 seater sofa and for 2 seater sofa will be delivered to you on 1st Sept 2021. On further asking her that what will i do with the 2 Seater Sofa only she agreed in the call that the full Sofa will be delivered. The two 2 Seater by 1st Sept 2021 after one 3 Seater sofa by 10th Sept 2021. (Attached Voice Call)
And now we received this email saying the 3 Seater Sofa is not in our stock on further digging the matter with your representative and we found you will deliver only two 2 seater sofa on 1st Sept 2021.
