[Resolved]  Home Centre India — Cane Connection Coffee Table - Walnut

Ground Floor, Home Centre - DLF City Centre, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Rd, Maruti Housing Colony, Sector 28, Gurugram, Haryana 122002

I purchased few products from Home Centre MG Roads, Gurgaon store on 29th April and the coffee table was damaged when delivered along with other things on 10th May and a complain has been raised against it for the replacement of the same.

I have been getting new delivery date ever since the complaint has been raised and even after visiting the store about the same I was given an assurance with a new delivery date that the product will be delivered but it still hasn't, I am left with no other option but to raise a complain here.

The delivery dates given are mentioned below after raising the complain:
16th May
21st May
25th May we visited the store again
1st June the new delivery date

Till now no update, no communication from the home centre team on the delivery.
I would like this to be replaced at the earliest and if not I need my money refunded.

With regards to the concern of the replacement, we regret to inform you that the stock which was received was found to be defective. Hence, we have blocked the stocks once again from the chennai warehouse for which the replacement is scheduled on 1st June.
