Placed order on 11th august 2022, committed by homecentre that should get it maximum by 19th august . However, my product is still not delivered and have paid complete payment . Now, when I m calling and emailing them, same response every time give us 48 hours . It more than a week I am chasing up but same reply . When I asked for cancellation and refund me back if can’t delivered, they refused to even cancel it
So bottom line is have paid for the product but they are not giving and keep giving me same response wait for 48 hours will come back with resolution.

I purchased few products from Home Centre MG Roads, Gurgaon store on 29th April and the coffee table was damaged when delivered along with other things on 10th May and a complain has been raised against it for the replacement of the same.

I ordered a above mentioned product on 15th july which was supposed to delivered on 5th aug. But they rescheduled it for 8th aug. But they didn't deliver on any of the above mentioned dates and said that they will try to deliver again on 16th aug. So i requested to cancel the order on 8th aug evening which they actually cancelled on 10th aug. They said that i will get my money back with 7-10 business days. But i haven't received it till today. They are very unprofessional in all departments and none of them have a updated status on the refund. I have already called them more than 10 times regarding the order, delivery and now for the refund. Please help.

On 22nd nov 2018, i have purchased two sets of curtains online from home centre india which costs ₹1998/-+₹30 delivery charges... I have received wrong product so i returned that and again i ordered same curtains but again they have send me wrong product. So again i returned wrong product and asked for refund my amount to my bank account. They agreed for it and send me mail that i will get my refund within 7 working days... But now it’s almost a two month, even after many follow ups on mail, twitter andcustomer care call, i have not received my refund and now they are not responding to my mail.. Kindly help me to get my refund of ₹2028/-

Please be informed that I have been cheated by Home Centre India, a concern under the parent company Landmark Group o[censored]AE. I have paid an advance money of Rs. 2 lacs only at their Axis mall Kolkata outlet once the saleswoman Ms. Mohasweta asked me to pay to show some kitchen and wardrobe designs for which she made an estimate of Rs. 8 lacs for my 3 bedrooms wardrobes, a Puja unit and the modular kitchen on 4th of November 2018. Now paying her a 25% of the amount she made some designs after a consultation with me and upon my direction to her showing some hand made structures. Now even after few diagrams I was not happy with the presentations as none of them were good looking but never I thought that they will then cheat me by increasing the price the product after paying the advance and will remove one item that is the Puja unit by saying that the price was not including the item, when I have enough evidence of whatsapp chat to show that the Puja unit was indeed included in the Rs. 8 lacs. Hence after that I thought of not going ahead when I got to know their intentions. And hence I visited their showroom again to ask to give me my refund back. Hence I request them to look into the matter as a very serious matter and request consumer complaint to take this matter to the Home Center to release my payment immediately, around 26th of November 2018 by my wife. when the above said salewomen said that they will not refund my money back under any circumstances. Then after this my wife visited the New Town, Kolkata police station to report an FIR. But the officer there called the saleswoman Mohasweta to let her know that she must not cheat the consumers. Still today they have not refunded or initiated to refund the money back.

Even after visiting several times the stores and meeting the store manager Mr. Sanjeev Das did not help.

I bought a sofa from home centre on 19th aug 2018, phoneix mall, bangalore i nearly waited for a month to get the delivery (19th sep 2018) and that too a wrong product. I raised a complaint with them (20th sep 2018) and its nearly been a month that i have not received any response from them.

The customer care centre is just for the name sake and they have no clue on the customer's complain. Each time you call up they will give a different answer. The store people (Manager - diwakar) are so irresponsible and they dont care to give update and follow up on customer's complain.
They are big time fraudsters. I would recommend people to choose a brand which gives good customer care service rather than a big brand who just takes away customer's hard earn money
