I had given local contractor work of to renovation of my old home, for which we had sign a contractor on a normal paper for the work value of 4.7 lac which include the contraction, no of door, windows, full tiles work, plumbing, panting all excluding electrical work and plumbing out fits..
for which contractor has ask 50% advance & rest of part payment .
we have given him 2.25 lac as a advance and after that 1lac one lac more payment we have done and he have stop the work in between and asking for additional money in advance, , since the work done till date to even not 50% and we have pain him more then 2/3 for the contract value.
so we have been stuck in between the if we pay him further he will again do cheating .
