[Resolved]  Home Construction — Home construction Stay

Dear Sir,

I am praveen upadhyay residing at sourabh vihar, jaitpur, badarpur, new delhi-110044, want to know that when can we start the home construction in my location as no one is allowd for home construction from past 3 years in jaitpur location. there are so many people who are facing lots of problems due to this stay..

there are so many people who are unable to do any kind of function or marrige, ETC... because theire home is in very bad condition.
even i am also one of them. My home condition is very very bad. a small earth quick can be danger for my entire family's life.

its very funny that we have our own plot and we are living in this location from past 15 yrs but we can't make/construct our home becouse of O zone declaration which is unlogical this area is totally safe. proper electricity is coming Central Govt water suply is there Govt school, post office, police station every thing is their

I would humbaly request you to please look into this and let me know that by when we can start the house construction. Moreover today i saw a banner at meethapur chowk there was a thank you message in that banner by our Nigam Parshad (shree Narsingh shah's wife shikha shah to X MLA Sh. raamveer singh vidhoodi) that the O zone stay has been removed from jaitpur and meethapur location but the msz was not clear that can we start the home construction???

Kindly do the needful ASAP and revert for the same.

dear praveen o-zone has been removed but still some formality left, would take 1 to 2 months more dear, we wish to annnounce this good news soon ...

I am still waiting for the revert and expecting that some one will take the responsibility and will take the effective step.
its been a long time we are unable to construct our home and no one is making us clear that whether we can start the construction or not and due to this people are facing lots of problem...

AN UNFORTUNATE THING:- There are many people who were going to make there home few yrs back and they had broken there house to reconstruct BUTTTTT suddenly O Zone stuff came and the construction got stopped now these people are living on rent from past few years and whatever money they were having to make their home it has been spent on Rent and most of all are Middle Class families..

THIS IS VERY PAINFULL SITUATION FOR A MIDDLE CLASS PERSON SINCE HIS INCOME IS VERY LOW AND HE CANT ARRANGE THE FUNDS MULTIPLE TIME TO CONSTRUCT THEIR DREAM HOME IN HIS/HER LIFE..


Now the confusion is few People are saying that it has been start and few are saying it has not started yet and if some one is trying to construct the home then police officers are interrupting in between but still we have seen that few homes has been made...


Few days back there was a meeting held at tanki road near by Rama Garden by our current counselor and X MLA in jaitpur and we were assured that the construction will get start As soon as possible and they are going to take the strict action for the same...
but nothing happened till now although the current counselor is doing a good job in terms of cleaning and maintenance ... ...accept in K-Block, who ever wins the election but the work dose not happens in k block... in entire badarpur jaitpur location all the streets has been repaired by RCC Cemented but still there are few streets near by Amar Market and Surajbhan Pandays (BJP Candidate) Home have not repaired/Made even once RCC...


It my humble request to all the concern Respective Officers that try to understand the pain of people who's entire life's fund is on Risk and they are not able to have their dinner since they don't have home and due to this they are not able to do lots of things..
