Dear sir,

I am a regular customer of hdfc bank and used to receive subsidery on regular basis.

Recently i got retired, and finally shifted to kanpur (Up).

I got my hdfc account trasfered, and got dbtl form filled and submmited to bank account service person, who has confired that the process of adding is over and done by him.

But i received the sms that the linking has got some problem and it can not be used. Being a senior citizen i am not able to travel againg to bank, hence this request.

Kindly do the needful.
