Home Decors - Indrajit Singh — took advance - no work from 3, months, fraud interiors don't consider

Few months ago around september of 2019, when i was looking to get my interior done for my new bought 1bhk in whitefield. I choose sulekha to suggest interior design specialists. Home decors interior, who is a valid approached us with the proposal of completing the project in one month. We made a deal and i have transferred around 45k as advance. He committed to complete the work in 30 days in writing. From then, he didn't responded well. It was already 3 months since he took advance and he never replied properly and he didn't start penny of work at site. He isn't even transferring money. Whenever i ask him to return my money, he doesn't respond well and at times he scared me that he won't give me any of my money
