Fraudulent lead generation package by sulekha.com requesting refund of 11, 800

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to file a complaint against Sulekha.com for fraudulent practices and mental harassment.

A representative named Kiran, claiming to work at the Sulekha Shivajinagar office, contacted me multiple times in May and convinced me to purchase a business lead generation package worth ₹11, 800. He assured me that I would receive at least 1–2 quality leads daily, and even connected...

- I am writing to express my disappointment with the leads service I purchased for my interior projects business. Despite paying ₹47, 745 (after discount), I've received inadequate support and results. Our agent, Madhubala, initially promised 50-60 leads per month, but the actual performance has been subpar.
After multiple follow-ups, my profile was registered in the fourth week. As of today (April 21, 2025), I've received only 17 leads, which are not relevant to my business needs. When I contacted customer care, they redirected me to Agent Madhu, citing no further assistance.
I feel misled by Sulekha's marketing claims and the commitments made by Agent Madhu. I urge you to review this matter and provide a suitable solution.

                              I just opened an account and I am deleting it due to the cost of posting an apartment. On the terms and conditions it reads "You can also close your account through this Platform by sending your request to [protected]@sulekha.net with your login email address. Your request will be processed within 7 business days. Your calls may be recorded to improve the service experience in the platform and for other business purposes." However when I emailed this email I got the error message that they are rejecting messages to that email address. "The response from the remote server was:
                              550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. [PN1PEPF000062BA.INDPRD01.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM[protected]T20:42:21.259Z 08DC27D7A3DB9007]" I'd ;like to delete my account please. It should be easier and on the platform somewhere.

                                We posted a Business Ad to publish our services for specifically Indians around our area, thinking that this would help our community. However Sulekha advertisement showed $99 for 6 month and accordingly we proceeded.Â

                                After entering card details Sulekha automatically processed $149 which we thought might be system glitch and we can report this issue which is a transparent.Â

                                But seems like after deducting $149 which showed expiry till April 2024 ultimately ended within 2 months.

                                After reporting this issue several times Sulekha neither understanding neither accepting fraud.

                                We will be reporting this issue to all around specifically official watchdog.

                                  As discussed please refer the below screenshots as mentioned below $149 is for 1 year and $99 for 6 months.

                                  I also opted for 6 months and proceeded further accordingly however after entering payment details it deducted $149 with expiration date of 6 months.

                                  Can you please refund my money and as advised by Sulekha adviser I’ll go through placing ad with them over the phone to make it more clear.

                                    I had registered for 24hrs maid service through Sulekha.com for service at kharagpur and got a call from Shivam Gupta ( Shivam Placement Service Center Regd) having its office at C52, BBhagya Vihar, Near Mubarakpur Bus Stand, New Delhi 110081 regarding same stating that he got my number from Sulekha. After discussion, he sent a maid on 30/09/2023 and asked for payment of Rs. 43 thousand but that time I was having only 33k so I sent that only through GPAY. At 7:40pm on that day I sent the maid to a nearby shop for buying 2pkts of paneer with Rs. 200/- but when she didn't came back in 15 mnts I called her . She did not picked my calls later phone became switched off. I called the Shivam Gupta regarding same if which he said he will call her and her agent. He was receiving calls earlier now even he is not picking up calls. We also tried to contact Sulekha customer care and one of the representative Mr. Manoj also agreed that the agency having mob no [protected] is registered with them and they will arrange for refund but after that no one is giving any response nor I got my money back. I suggest to be beware of SULEKHA.COM as the company is also involved in committing the fraud.
