I have a onging housing loan with HFFC (Home First Finanace Company) taken on Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana flat in Sachin of Rs 8, 50, 000/ with high ROI of Rs 14.50% in Sept 2018 with LAI[protected]

Now i have received my hos=using subsidy of Rs 2, 67, 280/- on 08/02/2019 and after that i have a part payment of Rs 1, 00, 000/ at a time on 05/09/2019 after which now my outstanding loan come to around 4, 79, 313/.

Now the problem is that where all banks are reducing ROI these people go on increasing ROI. What they have to do is just send a massage that your ROI has been increased with so and so percent.

In my case it has been increased 2 times within a period of one year. First time i received a massage on 20/12/18 with increase of 0.50% after which ROI of mine comes to high of 15%.
Now again on 31/07/2019 i received a massage stating that ROI has been increased with .0.25%, after which my ROI goes higher to 15.25%.

Now my question to this people is that what is wrong with me and you people, after such a good payment recoed from last 1 year with 100, 000 part payment also and subsidy of Rs 267, 280/, why u people go on increasing ROI instead of reducing it. On request of reducing ROI, your people says that there is no rule for reducing ROI and cant be reduced but while increasing all rules are yours.

Government providing flats at cheaper rate so now you people are making it costlier by providing loans to poor people to at such a higher rates and that to without failing to increase at regular period. And when such people want to talk to HFFC regarding increasing ROI than there is a toll free no[protected] where never their executives are available and a computerised massage states that we will call u back with next 24 hours and call gets disconnect. But not even a single has been received from this people till date.

You people are looting poor people in any manner they way u want.

I will see to this that government official related to this matter should intervene into this and probe should be done on this scam running under the name of house to everyone and loan to everyone on high ROI.

I am damn sure that there some suspicious loot is going on in this company for looting poor people who gets flats from government awas yojana but does not get loan from bankings sectors and there after this people provide them loan with very high ROI.

Ok fine people agree and take loan from u but people have not agreed for increase of 1% every year and atleast after seeing records of last 1 year of customer, its should be yours business ethics that u should reduce ongoing ROI comparing other banks ROI.

I will take this to every people who have been fooled by this HFFC peoples.
I strongly regert this business ethics of HFFC and request every platform handling corruption to look into this matter.
