I am paying EMI every month on time for 18 months.

Current ROI is 15.6%
Due to high ROI, we are planning to transfer the loan to other bank where they are offering loan for me for ROI 10.5% based on my Credit score.

I kindly request you to reduce at-Least 3% ROI in your bank for my existing loan in order to continue else help me with the loan transfer process....

I have a onging housing loan with HFFC (Home First Finanace Company) taken on Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana flat in Sachin of Rs 8, 50, 000/ with high ROI of Rs 14.50% in Sept 2018 with LAI[protected]

Now i have received my hos=using subsidy of Rs 2, 67, 280/- on 08/02/2019 and after that i have a part payment of Rs 1, 00,...

I have a housing loan from hffc with lai[protected] with sanction amt 850000/ from september 2018. I have been paying my installment without fail.
Now these people gave me loan on very high rate of interest as it was very urgent for me.
Now these peoples after seeing my last 1 year record they are not ready to reduce my roi of interest atleast to some extent even though i hsve received my subsidy and made a part payment of rs...

I had approval for home loan from hffc on[protected], but i have reject it. Wherein closure date is[protected], but still payment dates are reflecting in the home loan account of my cibil, experia, equifax and high mark reports. I request them to update the payment entries where i have not made any payment and account is closed. As it is reflecting bad credits in my credit score.

They have given resolution on after 3 years...

From ahmedabad,
I called on my home branch for changing my date 3rd to 7th,
Because of my salary's date is changed some how, and i am receiving penalty and from bank about bounce changes,

They told me that they have an issue because pan india or like that has changed all the emi's date, i have also i proof of bank statement that my salary date is changed and i want to change the emi date also, and they suggest...
