I have ordered saree from homeshop18 TV channel over phone. The saree I have received was a defective one.I have lodged a complaint to return, the day I have received the saree i.e 2/4/15 and I was being told that I will be getting a call from the customer care within 48 hours, which I have not received yet.I have made several follow ups on the no.[protected] and every time I was being told that I will receive a call in next 24 hours.Now its already 120 hours and I have not received any calls from the customer care.I really fail to understand why am I being not contacted to return the product??? I will make sure that in future I won't be making any purchase from Home Shop 18 and make sure that none of my relatives do so. Was this information helpful? |
