[Resolved] Home Shop 18 — Fraud selling and Harassing customer | |||||
I have purchased Blue pearl four burner stove from Home shop 18 in January 17 . After few days I installed the stove . I found sound while start or off the stove. The same problem was in my previous stove which came after 10 years but in this product in very beginning. I logged the complaint and the service centre guy came and tried to resolve but unfortunately after so many attempts it couldn't resolve. The service centre guy said there is a manufacturing defect in it. I requested Home shop 18 to replace the product but they are not replacing . They made several concall to service centre and disturb me. Meanwhile the deal was gas stove with free dinner set. But in bill book they are charging for dinner set. Complete fraud and mis. Selling.
