Home Shop 18 — Wrong product delivered

I had purchase a Bag vide product Order No.[protected] dated 18.10.2015 delivered on 22.10.2015 unfortunately wrong product delivered. I had lodged complain on 22.10.2015. they had accepted by mistake wrong product delivered and assured that the product will be replace with original ordered product but till date no body collected the product and still I am waiting for response. The attitude of their executive is very bad.
