Home Shop — complaint against floor manager neeraj

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice that your floor manager(Shoppers Stop) Mr Neeraj of malad west {home shop} is very irrisponsible person.his communication is very week between customer & home shop people. as Mr.Neeraj was supposed to replace the damage chairs since from last three month .this is first warning, very soon i'm going to complain in the consumer court. as Mr neeraj is very unprofessional and very careless about his duties.

Pl take action as soon as possible.

home shop — All good not dispatched in order

I had ordered the 6 pendant sets
Product code: 46425
Order no.[protected]
But when I received the courier
1. it was not having the chain with free gift (pendant) which was told to be sent on TV as well as the executive who took the order
2. It didn't have the zaveri boxes which was to be sent as told by the executive who took the order and also on TV.

Home Shop — Unprofessional Attitude towards customers

We have already complaint about Home Shop earlier, but it seems to be of no understanding to the company.
Referring to the same topic , now too Mr. Nitin Yemyekar the New Manager on the floor seems equally irresponsible and an unmanageable Manager, who does not know the where about of the product, and has to depend on the carpenters's comments or information to know about the materials used and there avalabilities from the market, being a manager he should have the knowledge of what kind of products are used, where can they be available and when can the work be done, but here Nitin is dependent on carpenter and beleives that what ever the carpenter says is correct and it also seems that only one carpenter is available in home shop who is available for the repair work, wow what a company !!!!! we have been trying to convey the message to home shop since last two years that the product they have delivered is defective, after several phone calls and talking to several people in the company viz: Ravi, Neeraj, sarika, ramesh, tushar etc. still it seems to be short fall of staff conveying the correct message to right people or lack of right staff recruitment in the co.

so the last gesture for me would be to consumer court finally ???.

I have got incorrect size and damaged product. The home shop representative says that their complaints department will call me but there is no call since two months. I need my money back.when I call them they keep me hold and have fun. This product is of very cheap quality. They are fake.
