They delivered me defective product on 21 Oct and I m complaining for it today after holidays becoz of busy schedule and now they r saying this is my responsibility not there.
Wat I do

They told me return policy is only for 48 hrs bt I didn't see this anywhere and btw it's not working days between 21 Oct to 25 Oct. Now tell me wat I do
