[Resolved] Home Shop18 — Regarding Dis-satisfactory service from the vendor | |||
Hi, I have bought a 'Easy Home Chopper' from HOME SHOP18 with order date 17thJan'14, but on delivery found that the product was defective i.e it was not working properly, so called HOME SHOP18 to send some one and get it replaced or repaired but inspite of calling them several times didn't get any positive response from their end, it has been really frustrating for us, so request you to please help .. Sorry about the unpleasant experience.
Any issues should be reported within 48 hrs from the time of delivery to process replacement/refund.
However will get the same escalated to the relevant teem and share the service centre details within 48 hrs.
