I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-delivery of goods that I had ordered from home store 18 on 12th November 2025. I had placed an order Z2 ENC Wireless Neckband Lava Black with Order ID 20676238. but it has been several days now, and I have not received the shipment despite taking so many follow ups for which payment has been already made.
I demand that the goods be delivered to me immediately or a full refund be issued to me without further delay.
