On last Thursday 14-Aug-2025 I had a message in my whats-app that Bose headset QC 35 for Rs 5991/- n I paid Rs 5701/- due to some discount, As soon as I paid the cash they replied with order id:#20674744.but they don't give any delivery date.Every time I messaged to inquire about it they are replying the same 'Welcome to Home Store 18.And Home Store 18 telephone number is '+[protected]'.So please take necessary action...

I had ordered bosch headphone and eardops from home store 18 website. Its cost 6198 rs. My order id is 20671726. I received package today and the product is different also quality is cheap and fake product i received. I had trying to reach at your customer care number that all are unavailable. I want my refund. And wanted to return this product....

Purchased a bose qc 35 from the site. Recieved fake product.
Non of advertised features present like noise cancelation, Dual mic, Voice assistant, Volume optimiswd eq.
The website is down since they started shipping....

I am writing today to complain of the Fake product supplied against order #1077 [JBL BoomBox] I received from your company on 22 Oct 2021.

Attached are the snips of JBL product you supplied which is clearly a fake. Request you to please refund the whole amount paid (INR 7, 999.00)
