I visited hometown bangalore, marathalli to get an office chair. I paid the amount in advance in shop and was told that it will reach me in 10 days. Till 20 days they kept telling that we will deliver the chair. I never got any calls from them, it was me who had to keep calling and checking for update. When i try calling customer care and asking to cancel the order, they say that they do not have authority to do that. Store manager is telling i will not give you back the money you can do whatever you can. Hometown is fraud.
