This is regarding my sofa fabric which is not good. Thread are coming out from many places and from one place foam is coming out. Man come from your company who came for survey, said we will change the fabric or replace it but i was waited so long for reply but you people didn't revert. On 2nd of dec i called on your toll free no and your telle caller said it will not repaired because it's customer miss handling. How could you say like this. You people are simply cheating your customers. You people know your fabric is not up to the mark and you are not ready to admit not even that you people not even think to revert to your customers. This is the last time i am mailing you people, if i will not get quick n appropriate revert on this i am going to mail your top most and i will drag everyone from local store manger to the entire survey team and secondly just send anyone again for survey who had idea of sofa or fabric.
If problem will not resolved i will file a case in consumer court and their your fabric quality will definitely check.
