Not replacing faulty product(pan)

Hello,
I purchased a 3 set coolimg pan from HomeCentre 5th Jan 2023, One of the pan has holes inside the walls and not usable. At the time of purchase I was told that at home setvice/replace and any kind of support will be provided from HomeCENTRE.
I have emailing their support multiple times and still not helping with replacement.
They are asking me to work with Wonderchef team to get help, without any support or call information. At purchasing time they told all lies about support and help from homecentre. This is complete scam they are running to fool consumers.
Support team is the worst, telling unrelating things in emails.

Refund issue for undelivered product

I placed an order for a table, several weeks passed and no response and finally when i inquired about the product they said that they will check and will let me know. Phone call came and said the product is out of stock. So they will initiate me the refund for the table. I said ok. The amount they have issued me the base amount for the table but the delivery charges they have not issued me yet. So they deduct and issued me the base amount only but not the delivery charges for the same product. what kind of cheating is this? First they list the product which is out of stock without mentioning on the app and takeout the payment including the delivery charges but when they are unable to deliver the product they just refund you the base amount not the delivery charges for the undelivered product.

Non-delivery of online order
I ordered a set of plates order#[protected] - it was promised to be delivered on 8th May but it is not delivered even 1 week after. I sent a mail to its customer support - I was told that it will be resolved and I should wait for 48 hours. I sent another mail and got the same stock reply to wait for another 48 hours. And there is no provision to cancel the order.

Mesh Chair

I brought mesh chair included 1 year warranty, recently the wheel chair leg was damaged. I contacted customer care they mentioned, it will be replaced as aper warranty. later the inspection team took photos of the chair confirmed the same about replacement . today i got call that they wont replace the damaged part and closed the ticket with our our consent. They are not providing the damaged part to use the chair for chargeable price as well.

Not processing my refund
I bought a dining table and chairs from Homecenter, Phoenix Mall, Bengaluru on 4th of June, 2022. The products got delivered in damaged condition and thus, I asked for a replacement. The replacement product also got delivered in damaged condition. I then, asked for a refund as all this process already took around a month's time. Sine, then its been around one and a half month now and only thing I've received till now is lies and random talks.
I've literally caught the executives lying red-handed.
I submitted all the required documents when asked in the beginning only but they have fooled continuously till now. Every time (thrice, till now) I've received the confirmation that everything is good and I'll get the payment in 8-10 business days. But I never received the money and then when I'll call after 8-10 business days to check the status, they would say something is missing. Two weeks back, Saba Fatima, some manager confirmed personally that everything is good now and that she'll be following up this issue very closely. When I requested a lot to send all of this in writing, an executive, Smitha Gonsalves, even sent an email saying that they'll share the UTR number for the approved refund. But even after this, when I called on the last day, they said they needed one NOC.PLEASE HELP. PLEASE!

Why after government declaration also some retailers are still charging for carry bags I bought crockery on 1 June it was heavy couldn't carry i asked them that it's banned now u cannot charge still they charged me for 4 carry bags I have images and bill proofs everything

Refund Issue
Ordered one TV unit which was supposed to deliver on 14th April. Not deliver hence we have CANCELED the order. EVEN after repeated calls to customer care, money is not refunded till date as on 23rd April. Mercy is that, they have lodged a return request for a product (for the date of 26 Aprl )which is never delivered only. This kind pathetic service.

Money deducted twice but order not placed, no refund being done

Hi I was placing an order online for two items online on homecentre app. Did. It know that I would need to go through a horrendous experience trying to buy stuff from homecentre. While the payment got deducted twice but the order confirmation did not happen. I kept on reaching out to them across multiple channels to get my refun but was not of any avail. Refer my mails dated 23rd Jan, 24th Jan, 26th Jan, 28th Jan, 29th Jan - 3 mails, 30 th Jan, 1 st Feb
Also refer to my discussions with your call centre executives- Manjula and Sandhya on 29th Jan. the call centre team just tries to avoid taking any complaints for online orders.

I had brought this Sofa set worth Rs 70, 000/- . It started sagging after 3/4 weeks .
Initially I kept contacting Homecenter on Tele but there was no action take - stating COVID protocols. Finally it was taken in Sep for repairs .It was returned after 2/3 weeks and again it starting sagging after a week . This time I was told that sagging is not covered in warranty . The customer service executive was totally blunt in addressing my issue .
HomeCenter is not caring after your customers . One reaches out to Brands like HomeCentre as IT IS FELT THAT ONES RIGHTS ARE LOOKED AFTER .
Now HOMECENTRE is forcing me to take the SOFA set .
I want HomeCentre to to exchange of the Sofaset with a proper piece .

Payment was not refunded for a faulted product

I placed an order for an office chair in April and due to covid, I received the product July.
The received product was broken, I complained about it and a vender replaced few parts of the chair and the chair broke again within a week.
So I asked for a replacement in August. They assured that I would receive the product by September, but I did not, then again they postponed it to October.
As the product was not replaced for months I asked for a refund. There is no proper response from them.
Worst thing is I have to call them everyday asking about the money, yet I receive careless response from their end

Substandard furniture

One of the worst furniture stores. Please don't go by the looks of the furniture. They sell extremely substandard furniture. Their furniture will not even last for 6 months. We bought a sofa. The legs of the sofa were made out of third grade plastic. It cracked within 6 months. We hardly sat on the sofa. When we called the customer care they want us to get it fixed by the local carpenter. How will the local carpenter have spare for their sofas.
Their customer care is the worst. Very rude and inefficient people. Till now I have spoken to atleast 10 of their customer care agents. Need to be on line with them for 2 hours. And after that they say we did not speak to you. They cant provide proper resolution too. Please check the below mail sent by their customer care. They sent the content in the same mail. This proves how stupid and inefficient their customer care is. One mail states my complaint is denied and other states I will get refund.

I purchased a table clock through online homecentre and they did not update the order even when delivery was done I was not at home and when I opened the order the clock was not working and updated them so they asked me to create a video and send and now they are saying it's non replaceable so if non replaceable atleast check the product and send it and if it not working then refund.

Home center don't deserve 1 star also. It is a big fraud and I urge consumer court to take action and give justice people like me, I have tried shopping shoe cabinet but order was not placed however amount got deducted of ₹ 6772.50 on June 3rd 2021. They made me wait till today i.e. 28th June. I followed up with bank and also with home center. Bank gave clear statement that amount is credited to the beneficiary i.e. Home center, now when I asked amount to refund with proof of bank statement and they started the fake refund process to make me wait with the TAT of 48hrs. After 48hrs when I called them today, they are saying amount got credited to my account on 3rd june. I have bank statement, I would like file case on Home center with the proof. Please help me, how to get my hard earned money back from this cheaters.

Most pathetic customer service, i placed a order in the month of May 2021 for 2 dining chairs using their app.. no updates on the status despite of multiple follow ups.. All they do is promise fake delivery dates. Once your money is with them, you have to beg behind them for updates.

I had done modular kitchen done through Homecentre, Phoenix Market city, Bangalore. However, not only did they do a shoddy job they have refused to respond to any concerns. Phoenix market city said, they will send the support person Rajesh - who was the person in-charge of that bad work. He kept giving me dates initially and finally he stopped responding to my whatsapp chat messages. I have tried reaching their customer support but that is practically useless. I must say that Homecentre is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever come across in my life.

Refund of 4 door wardrobe

Had ordered 2 wardrobes from the Bangalore Store and both were delivered in damaged condition. They offered to replace the products and sad to say it was again delivered in damaged condition.
Finally I opted for refund. They refunded for a 3 door wardrobe and still not received my refund for 4 door wardrobe from them. Customer service toll free number is of no use and the In charge Lokesh who handled my query is unable to resolve anything.
Inspite of writing emails and calls my query still remains unresolved. I request everyone not to buy anything from Home Center. It is a torture to follow up with them

Shoe cabinet

Order ID [protected], the product got delivered on 12 December and when the home centre carpenter opened the packet, he informed me that the product was defective and he raised a complaint. But since then no one contacted me, it's been 5 days of having that defective product. Please either send a new replacement or take that ### product back and gv me rs 14, 040 refund back.

Meine dinning set order kiya tha but misunderstanding ke wajah se dinning bench deliver ho gaya jabardasti mere mana karne ke wavjud bhi meine customer care pe kitni bari call karke request kiya ke ye product return karlo but unhone mujhe clear mana kardiya ye wapis nahi hoga mei homecentre ke complain karna chahti hu customers ko bahut cheat karti hai ye company.

The termite proof kichen got affected with termites within and year and half of purchase. The kitchen warranty is 3 years. Alongwith that the Hafele BLUM fittings provided by them also rusted and they say it needs to be replaced but I have to bear the cost. Each fitting costs 8k+. Need Replacement modules and fittings. Else return the cost we paid.

Refund not received though product picked up 2 weeks ago
I purchased curtains from home center online - Order #[protected]. As it was not worth the price, raised return request, which was picked up the next day.
Now, I was waiting for my refund, which has not been processed till date. Order pickup on 25 the june but no update on refund till yet- 10 july.
have mailed there support team, each time am getting same template reply please have patience we are looking in to it. then contacted their chat and fb page also but same reply. we have escalated the issue. No one is giving me proper deadline how long it gonna take.
Then I called them on there number and person answering there was so rude . not understanding the concern properly and keep on saying it will be resolved in 48 hour.
God know how many 48 hours these people need. How long will I be tracking for my refund. You wait 48 hours for there mail response to only get response as we are working have patience.

God know how many 48 hours these people need. How long will I be tracking for my refund. You wait 48 hours for there mail response to only get response as we are working have patience.
have been shopping online for long and with many website. never ever I had any issue with returns n refund. worst site and worst support team who can not even handle the returns n refund.
What is my fault? my 2000 is gone. Nor do I have product nor money. What patience are they expecting each time.

We bought a sofa and a centre table from home centre. With complete trust on the brand we tolerated the delay. They have been harassing us throughout the day and finally they have told us to give extra 1500 inr. This is not expected from a brand like this. They have been fooling us and did not even tried to reach on alternate number.
We postponed our schedule just for the delivery. The transporter was abusing and fooling us around the delivery.

refund not received in spite of multiple follow ups
We purchased a sofa cum bed (Faith Sofa Bed) from Gurgaon store of Homecentre on 22nd Sep which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd Oct. However, we cancelled the order on 29th Sep which was duly cancelled by Homecentre through request ID 25628 stating refund would be initiated. However, they prepared a credit note of INR 20, 000 and were forcing us to take refund in the form of credit not only. We have been fighting our right since 29th Sep to get refund in our card (through which we made the payment) however each time we hear a different story from a different customer executive. We have till now spoken to Thomas, Sandra, Sai and many others in customer care. Still awaiting for a simple resolution of getting refund in our card instead of credit note. This is simply mental harassment of customers and no one is taking ownership of getting the resolution. Shame on you, Homecentre !!! Being such a big brand but no professionalism !!! I am shocked and surprised..

I am on the same boat as you. Bought at the store and cancelled the very next day before dispatch due to incompatability issue. They are pushing for a store credit but 33k is the amount which is too much for me. Did you finally receive the refund to your account ? Please let us know.
