Homecentre — Faulty kitchen work - no response from homecentre for more than a year now

Dear Madam/Sir,

I had done modular kitchen done through Homecentre, Phoenix Market city, Bangalore. However, not only did they do a shoddy job they have refused to respond to any concerns. Phoenix market city said, they will send the support person Rajesh - who was the person in-charge of that bad work. He kept giving me dates initially and finally he stopped responding to my whatsapp chat messages. I have tried reaching their customer support but that is practically useless. I must say that Homecentre is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever come across in my life.
