Homecentre — Not processing my refund

I bought a dining table and chairs from Homecenter, Phoenix Mall, Bengaluru on 4th of June, 2022. The products got delivered in damaged condition and thus, I asked for a replacement. The replacement product also got delivered in damaged condition. I then, asked for a refund as all this process already took around a month's time. Sine, then its been around one and a half month now and only thing I've received till now is lies and random talks.
I've literally caught the executives lying red-handed.
I submitted all the required documents when asked in the beginning only but they have fooled continuously till now. Every time (thrice, till now) I've received the confirmation that everything is good and I'll get the payment in 8-10 business days. But I never received the money and then when I'll call after 8-10 business days to check the status, they would say something is missing. Two weeks back, Saba Fatima, some manager confirmed personally that everything is good now and that she'll be following up this issue very closely. When I requested a lot to send all of this in writing, an executive, Smitha Gonsalves, even sent an email saying that they'll share the UTR number for the approved refund. But even after this, when I called on the last day, they said they needed one NOC.PLEASE HELP. PLEASE!
