Homecentre — Payment was not refunded for a faulted product

I placed an order for an office chair in April and due to covid, I received the product July.
The received product was broken, I complained about it and a vender replaced few parts of the chair and the chair broke again within a week.
So I asked for a replacement in August. They assured that I would receive the product by September, but I did not, then again they postponed it to October.
As the product was not replaced for months I asked for a refund. There is no proper response from them.
Worst thing is I have to call them everyday asking about the money, yet I receive careless response from their end
