Ordered one TV unit which was supposed to deliver on 14th April. Not deliver hence we have CANCELED the order. EVEN after repeated calls to customer care, money is not refunded till date as on 23rd April. Mercy is that, they have lodged a return request for a product (for the date of 26 Aprl )which is never delivered only. This kind pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
