Homecentre — Refund not received though product picked up 2 weeks ago

I purchased curtains from home center online - Order #[protected]. As it was not worth the price, raised return request, which was picked up the next day.

Now, I was waiting for my refund, which has not been processed till date. Order pickup on 25 the june but no update on refund till yet- 10 july.

have mailed there support team, each time am getting same template reply please have patience we are looking in to it. then contacted their chat and fb page also but same reply. we have escalated the issue. No one is giving me proper deadline how long it gonna take.

Then I called them on there number and person answering there was so rude . not understanding the concern properly and keep on saying it will be resolved in 48 hour.

God know how many 48 hours these people need. How long will I be tracking for my refund. You wait 48 hours for there mail response to only get response as we are working have patience.

have been shopping online for long and with many website. never ever I had any issue with returns n refund. worst site and worst support team who can not even handle the returns n refund.

What is my fault? my 2000 is gone. Nor do I have product nor money. What patience are they expecting each time.
