Had ordered 2 wardrobes from the Bangalore Store and both were delivered in damaged condition. They offered to replace the products and sad to say it was again delivered in damaged condition.
Finally I opted for refund. They refunded for a 3 door wardrobe and still not received my refund for 4 door wardrobe from them. Customer service toll free number is of no use and the In charge Lokesh who handled my query is unable to resolve anything.
Inspite of writing emails and calls my query still remains unresolved. I request everyone not to buy anything from Home Center. It is a torture to follow up with them Was this information helpful? |
