Homeocare International — gross negligence in service

My patient id is amkdl59. I went for treatment for sinus headache and diabetes. They gave medicine for a week and asked me to see the dr. Due to covid i asked for a on line consultation on 23rd. They refused but gave same medicine for two weeks. The medicines did not show any improvement even after consuming for three weeks.

Therefore i wanted to consult on line, but none of their phones are / were on.

All switched off. I got a message in the second week of april that i could get on line consultation thru their mobile app. I installed it immediately and have been trying to get otp to activate. I tried several times (More than 50 times) on different days, but otp never came.

They not only left the patients in lurch, but pretended as if they will do on line consultation by sending such messages when such app did not work at all.

There will be several people like me affected. I can lead the consumer dispute for them as well and them to court.

They have taken full year fee and did not care to provide any service either on line or off line when even ayerved and siddha drs are working during this difficult period
