I have bad experience with homeocare international, visakhapatnam. actually i took 1 year medicine from last year december'2019. yesterday i have visit clinic for lock down (20/03/2019 to 31/05/2019) period there is no service provided. everyone in a pandemic situation, so i requested to consider 2 months extend, but there not convinced, they only consider money not service

I had paid amount of 19000 at homoecare international, kakinada, east Godavari, Andhra pradesh on 24.12.19 with ID AN40.
I had cancelled it on jan16 2020.
From then I had followed up them for refund, as the medicine comes from germanyit will take time, due covid-19 it has been closed, after reopening i had called & had WhatsApp chat with Homecare HR manager at his phone. [protected], they are not repaying the amount nor answering...

Without any notice they are not given medicine in lockdown period. After lock down they said that your annual fee is completed we are not providing your pending months medicines. But why those cheaters are doing like this with poor peoples. This not your help to peoples helth. You are just playing games to fraud money from peoples. Companys will given advertisement on telisvisons very well but on back door they are cheating.

On 9th, May 2020 i've visited indira nagar branch initially they said no consultation fee. We just had discussion about treatment and cost, he quoted me 31000 rupess payable in advance. By asking a deal they finalized to 20000 rupees. I have asked two days time to confirm on my admission, he forced me to pay some amount as advance and pay remaining balance on joining date so i paid 500 rupees. Now i'm asking to revoke the deal and return my money as i have financial problems i could not take treatment at present but will take later. Now they are saying for just 500 rupees can not be returned may be he can if the amount is large. I surprised for just five hundred he shown his money mind character and what happened if it is really a large amount? and he is not bothered about loosing customer in future.
I just postponed my treatment for few days as i really have financial problems and thought to take treatment later now its proved all these just a business not for caring about patients cure.
Just 500 might not be a matter for you while earning lakhs from patients but it is worth a lot for a common man. They didn't even examine me, not written any prescription then how could he charge amount from patient when there is no consultation fee.

surprising there is no escalation matrix such an international wide hospital such kind of fraud dealings. I've called tollfree number every time receiving different responses but no solution. I just paid advance amount in 5 minutes now returing money to patient taking weeks of time. Hats off on terms & conditions build by Homeocare International.

At the time of lockdown without any prior notice they closed all their branches, didn't provide medicines for the patients, when i called customercare no proper response, 45 ays without medicines manging my pains with pain killers.

Very worst customer service, govt should take action against this organization as so many patients got affected. They don't have curtosy to check their registered patients health.

My patient id is amkdl59. I went for treatment for sinus headache and diabetes. They gave medicine for a week and asked me to see the dr. Due to covid i asked for a on line consultation on 23rd. They refused but gave same medicine for two weeks. The medicines did not show any improvement even after consuming for three weeks.

Therefore i wanted to consult on line, but none of their phones are / were on.

All switched off. I got a message in the second week of april that i could get on line consultation thru their mobile app. I installed it immediately and have been trying to get otp to activate. I tried several times (More than 50 times) on different days, but otp never came.

They not only left the patients in lurch, but pretended as if they will do on line consultation by sending such messages when such app did not work at all.

There will be several people like me affected. I can lead the consumer dispute for them as well and them to court.

They have taken full year fee and did not care to provide any service either on line or off line when even ayerved and siddha drs are working during this difficult period

This so called homeocare international chain of hospitals looks to be big fraud in itself and taking gullible innocent patients for a ride and cheating and looting them for treatment ranging from 1 to 2 years.
I visited their hospital in nellore for treatment of fistula. They examined and assured that their treatment will cure the problem with medication without any side effects within a period of 2 years. I told them that i am willing to go ahead provided they give it writing. They promptly refused to give it in writing. Then i said, 2 years is very long time and what if it not cured? I am wasting money and valuable time of 2 years and walked out.
I asked for references of at least 4 patients who got cured fully with similar problem. They were not willing to do that. Then i understood, this is big fraud and white caller legal cheating.
Never ever go for treatment to homeocare international!!!
