Homeocare International — Money not returned after cancellation from past 10 months

I had paid amount of 19000 at homoecare international, kakinada, east Godavari, Andhra pradesh on 24.12.19 with ID AN40.
I had cancelled it on jan16 2020.
From then I had followed up them for refund, as the medicine comes from germanyit will take time, due covid-19 it has been closed, after reopening i had called & had WhatsApp chat with Homecare HR manager at his phone. [protected], they are not repaying the amount nor answering my phone call.
