Hello,
I had placed an order for Rectangular Crystal tray large worth Rs. 799 on Dec 3, 2015.The product had arrived broken on 8th December 2015.
Contacted HomeSake customer care with pictures without delay and had requested for a refund.There has been no issuance of refund even after contacting them multiple times.
Please help!

The worst home decor online store in India. They are a bunch of thieves, I believe, behind it. The customer service number is a cellphone number which never goes answered. They don't have a physical address except for the contact us online form. In case of a strange fellow answering the phone who says "actually" for every two words, he will promise you everything...empty promises and lies.
