This is my order no.[protected] date of booking 09th aug 2016. I tried to contact homeshop 18 service on toll free number they asked me my order has been despatched on aug 11, 2016 via aramex courier vide avb no. [protected] but i have not received any courier, i have purchase many items for homeshop 18 but this is my first bad experience. This is my sincere request to you guys please send my order otherwise return my money. I am giving you a chance to not to lose your loyal customer because of these service issues.

Please do the needful and i am waiting for your kind response.
