Homeshop 18 — delayed in response and yet not get reliable response | |
I have purchased product from home shop 18 on 3rd oct 2013.(order no.[protected]. Of which One shoes were defective and sunglasses of different brand instead of austin polo they gave other brand. So I made complain on same day(complain no[protected].after so many days complaint they received parcel.(14th oct 2013). Today they called me askd me that they didnt have the stock for same shoes though they didnt iinform me on first complain. Now I already start to use one shoes which is not defective.on informing this they said in that case you have to pay 700 rs or ask me to buy different product of same prize. Now issue is that I only wanted to buy combo product or I want my full money back. Was this information helpful? | |
