On14th may 2016, I bought Roti Maker from Homeshop18, order no[protected], suborder no[protected], however order was received very delay from promised time period. I discovered that it was not my ordered product after delay service plus inside bill of someone else..
Secondly they said if we will courier it back they reimburse either courier charges or rs 750 whichever is less with replacement of product. But when i returned the parcel and whatsapp the courier slip as per their procedure, they said they can't reimburse full charge of courier which is approx 300 rupees only.
Now they said they reimburse the 10% of product charges (1100) i.e. 110 rupees.
They have poor service plus if they sent faulty product after two time confirmation in that case customer bear all charges and bear all pain and tension relating to product because they invest their money. They deny even such company has show no responsibility and even not reimburse the courier charges fully. All headache of customer because they ordered the product.
I will have no alternative but to raise a dispute through the Homeshop18 Buyer Protection dispute resolution process or to consider court action.
