[Resolved]  Homeshop 18 — Not refunding, non cooperative customer care

I'm glad to see that there are many like me who are being cheated by this compony... what a shame on such big company to use such tactics!!!
I had ordered TSX men's leather jacket on Nov 22 from Home Shop 18 worth Rs.999. Order No.[protected]. The product was defective and was sent back to company and they received it. My request for refund was accepted and initially they even gave me offer to choose any other product and when I called them with alternative product they declined and said that I should accept the cheque and it is ready. But I don't have my own bank account so I requested them to hold cheque and according to company policy I sent them email with NOC letter with my sign and sign of friend on who's account I wanted my cheque. But they sent me cheque on my name... I called and asked about further step I can take... they asked me to return cheque with same courier man and I did same. They even acknowledged that they got cheque. On 7/12/2013 they told me that I will receive my cheque within 10 days and also acknowledged that my email with attachments (noc letter, my ID proof, my friends ID proof) was received which they earlier had also accepted. Earlier I had got mail from them that my mail is not received. But then I had replied them that I already had sent it. Even tried to call on the No. they provided but call was not received. Then I called their customer care who said me not to worry. Then on 9/12/2013 at 4:24 I got call that they are in process of preparing my cheque. Also asked my name and friend's name and told me that I'll receive cheque in 3-4 days. From that day till today whenever I called them they told me to have patience and wait. But on 19/12/2013 when I called they said me that my email is not received and this update with customer care executive was from 14/12/2013. They did not call me or inform me about this before I call them on 19/12/2013. They from time to time not allowed me to talk with senior customer care executive. Now I'm tired of this process. I have impression that they are deliberately delaying my refund.

company called me and said it will resolve my complaint in 7-8 days and it did. It sent me my refund cheque. I received it.
