[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — 15days delay to deliver order no[protected]

Dear sir/madam I have booked order, order no[protected] Singer JMG Squeezy on dated[protected] and received on[protected] and paid Rs. 2299+200 coupon total paid by us Rs.2499/- but when i checked the product the product was deffective.after receiving the product i have complained in about 10 minute to home shop 18 and they registered the complaint no[protected] against order no[protected], on dated[protected] for replacement order no[protected] . after few days, on the day[protected] they changed the order no[protected] and replaced it in[protected] and their sms dispatched on[protected] but till date[protected] i have not received our product i had called many times to home shop 18 but they did not respond and everyday they says that today it will be delivered but it is not delivered yet. I am very puzzled that how many times should i make call for receiving my product
